Malone Solutions is Hiring a Maintenance Technician Near Geneva, IL
We are currently seeking experienced Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Maintenance Tech, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the plant's operational efficiency by performing mechanical and basic repairs.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot problems and execute corrective mechanical and welding actions.
- Determine if machined parts can be repaired or replaced.
- Address maintenance issues in all plant areas.
- Prepare requisitions for spare and repair parts.
- Plan and implement preventative maintenance program assignments.
- Maintain accurate recordkeeping and complete necessary paperwork.
- Assist in training and supporting operators as required.
- Utilize various testing devices to ensure equipment functionality.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Mechanical, electrical, or pneumatic experience is highly desirable.
- Automotive manufacturing experience a plus!
- Entry-level candidates with a maintenance/mechanic background are encouraged to apply.
